Easy transaction and good service with a smile. Have been buying for many years and the service is always good.
Used them for years
I've used them for years without any problems but don't allow anyone else to change them. There is the risk that they will pull the frame out with the bag and next time without the bag properly in place there is the danger of getting dirt in to the motor. After an anxious time I found a video on YouTube which showed how to put the frame back in place. The machine made a terrible noise when next started but after a rest has worked well. I thought for a while that I was up for a new motor.
Fantastic in every way
I can't believe how quiet this vacuum is! Or how light, smooth and easy it is to use. Worth every $!
