Takes some time and effort to assemble but works well. Easy to use workout options.
Great machine.
Very happy with the Lifespan x41. Has everything I want in a cross trainer. You can choose your own workout or use one of the preset programs. Bonus being able to plug in iPod. Took about 2 hours to put together but was pretty straightforward.
