The monitor is very poor
While Winning Applicances were excellent I felt deceived when the rower arrived. I expected a monitor that would allow me to track my tempo/stroke rate which is essential for beginners and most on line fitness apps (such as Apple Fitness). However it is very basic and pretty useless.
If I knew this I would not have bought the rower and happily paid the extra for the genuine Waterrower product.

Arrived full assembled. Just add water. Smooth operation with excellent build quality. Great machine for Apple Fitness.
One row and already problem - still waiting
First ride and had problems with the strap attaching the handle to the wiring mechanism. It isn’t straight to it is fraying rapidly. Called that same day and nothing yet.
