Good product but bad delivery company
The item was good as we were expected but the delivery driver was very unprofessional.
She spoke rudely and raised his voice at me. In addition, the tracking app was unreliable and provided inaccurate delivery updates, making it difficult to estimate the correct time to collect my parcel. Overall, the service was very disappointing.
