Ergometer has wheels
It suits my needs as part of warming up for weightlifting and also for short bursts of cardio work. I had to adjust the tilt angle of the seat to stop me from sliding forward while exercising. One big advantage is the ease of moving the ergometer around on the roller wheels in my limited garage gym space.
