Most beautiful fridge. Very nice internal and external.
The door compartments could do with more variations.
2.5 yrs later and fridge section is freezing food
I like this fridge freezer but only gave a 3 star rating as I have had this appliance for just on 2.5 years and now all the food in my fridge is near frozen despite me setting the fridge temp to 5 degrees as recommended. I previously had a Westinghouse that lasted me 20 years with no issues and was much cheaper.
No service for this brand
Our refrigerator broke after 1 year and 3 months. Unfortunately, it was quite troublesome to get a service call. It's been 4 months now. Although the refrigerator broke within the warranty period, no one can really repair or replace it.
Appliances online lodged a service call with AES Appliance Services. However, this company does not seem to exist. Emails are not answered, and when one calls, only the answering machine answers with a request for Email.
We cannot recommend Liebherr products in Australia. And are very disappointed with the lack of service from Appliances Online, who sold us the product with extended warranty, which is definitely not worth the purchase.
