This microwave is amazing, it heats food, not boil like the older ones, the air fryer that air fry's not splatter fry, very impressed
My experience of using 3 of this LG Product
Overall, we have been pleased with this product. However one of them has now been sent for repair under warranty twice for different issues. One of the other units has now lost the LED display characters. I'm reluctant to send this one in for repair since it is out of Warranty now. Reverting back to the first unit; LG were very kind to allow this seconded repair to be done FOC as it was also out of warranty.
We have just ordered another of the same type from Appliance Online. Why? because their service and pricing is world class. We don't look elsewhere.
Good Microwave
We bought this microwave as it has a drop down door, which works well in the space it sits. It is slightly trickier to use than our last microwave, but of course we were accustomed to the old one. Anyway, we like it and glad we bought it.
