Wise Purchase.
Exceptional TV. LG OLED 48" Better than expected, huge difference from LED, great Low Blue Light adjust, impressive clear vision. Can turn off ads people talk of, and the "Bad Remote" is very functional, once accustomed to, easier to use than regular remote I had on old Samsung - but you need to learn it, read manual carefully and it becomes economical in using, but is a new design, takes time, great once used to it. Also any negatives of built in speakers would only concern those that already enjoy a dedicated external Sound Bar or Surround Speaker system. For those of an average lounge in a Unit, the internal Speakers are the best built-in speakers on a more budget model TV, that I have heard. I can only praise the specifics and detail of menu and functional options built into this TV. A Very Happy Purchase ! (Can't say that for too many things these days..)
Excellent purchase
This TV has excellence in every aspect-thoroughly thrilled with decision to buy
OLED TV disappoints in some areas.
The picture quality is excellent overall and it works well with my sound bar. However, I find I can't play the 4k MKV movies I enjoyed on my old cheaper 4k TV. I have also replaced the supplied "magic" remote with a standard remote, which is much more user friendly and easy to use. LG's menus I often find confusing with all inputs for example, buried somewhere in the main home menu, instead of in a dedicated "input select" section. Similarly, live (antenna) TV needs to be searched for, after other sources have been used.
