OLED TV disappoints in some areas.
The picture quality is excellent overall and it works well with my sound bar. However, I find I can't play the 4k MKV movies I enjoyed on my old cheaper 4k TV. I have also replaced the supplied "magic" remote with a standard remote, which is much more user friendly and easy to use. LG's menus I often find confusing with all inputs for example, buried somewhere in the main home menu, instead of in a dedicated "input select" section. Similarly, live (antenna) TV needs to be searched for, after other sources have been used.

We ordered the tv that our IT expert son suggested, as we are luddites. We are happy with it - it's a tv - it looks ok on the wall, and it works, so we are happy. Delivery was quick and easy.
Great TV ... I would definitely recommend
Lovely picture, still getting used to WebOS and the small remote.
