Worst after sale experience
Disappointing experience with LG.
Issues started from day one after purchase in September. My washing machine has been leaking for over 4 months, with multiple technician visits but no resolution. Despite this, LG continues to request additional videos instead of taking ownership, even though their own technician was unable to identify the cause.
The process has been slow, repetitive, and lacking clear accountability. This is not the only LG product I own, and unfortunately the overall quality and after-sales support have been inconsistent.
I will be escalating this matter to the relevant consumer authority.
