Might be good if it worked!
Unfortunately the LG cooktop I received was faulty and, despite multiple phone calks and emails to LG between 17 November and today, 18 December, I am still waiting on advice from LG as to when they will provide the promised replacement cooktop or how long it will take them to reimburse the costs of disconnection of the faulty cooktop and installation of the long awaited replacement!
While glitches happen with production, customer service from LG has been very poor in this experience!
