Overall, a good purchase
Overall, a really good buy. The suction is excellent and the lights work really well too. One small issue we found frustrating during the install was that the air vents are all the was at the back of the unit, so if you want to flue straight up, the flue hats are too close to the wall. We actually had to build the unit 100mm off the wall so we could flue it properly. The other thing which is a little annoying is the vent flaps (which open when the unit is on and close when it is off) are quite stiff and don't open and close properly. We've sprayed them with WD-40 to try to loosen them up a bit, but they still don't really work properly.
Outstanding
I was looking to buy a range hood for my indoor/outdoor entertainment room, jumped on to Appliances Online, saw the product I was after and started to chat on the online chat service and within 10 minutes I had ordered my range hood.
