This 90cm Hybrid Cooktop from ILVE is designed for simple operation and impressive cooking results to keep the whole family satisfied. It combines the best of both worlds, offering both induction cooktop technology in addition to a gas burner.
The induction surface features four induction cooking zones. Induction cooking generates heat directly into compatible cookware, meaning heat is instantaneous, temperature control is immediate and heat is evenly spread over the bottom of the pan. For added safety, residual heat indicators will let you know if the surface is still hot to the touch, and there’s an automatic power off with temperature sensor. To the right of the cooktop is the dual control wok burner, fantastic for rapid heating and scintillating stir frys.
With a beautiful black glass finish, this appliance boasts gorgeous aesthetics and makes an impressive style statement, complementing the look of any kitchen.
