Great excercise bike
Delivery was prompt and well communicated. Bike was fairly easy to assemble and the finished product is sturdy and great to use
Not for short people
Very disappointed with this purchase. After assembling it I found that the seat swivels from side to side and cannot be tightened any further. I am 158cm tall and even on the lowest setting I cannot get on the bike as it is too high. Even on the furthest back setting of the seat I cannot cycle as my knees cannot stretch out. I have arthritis and was told this was the best exercise bike to purchase as it had an easy step-through mount but this is not the case. It is virtually impossible for me to ride it. It was very expensive and I will be seeking a refund or replacement.
