Excellent for the price
The Hisense tv is an excellent choice as it has a 3 year warranty when all the others have only 1 year
The delivery service was excellent
Excellent customer service
I made an enquiry on a Sunday and was answered by a very courteous and knowledgeable young man. He price-matched the product and said it could be delivered the next day, but that did not suit, so had it delivered the following day. Great communication re delivery. Picture quality is OK once you play around with the settings. Only problem so far is that the picture has a distinct yellow tinge when looking at if from an angle, say from the kitchen.
Value for money
My 65 in Hisense tv is excellent and is better than my previous tv which was a Sony and it only lasted for 6 years. It is not worth paying big money for a tv that only lasts that long
I have 2 other Hisense tvs which are performing great the picture is as good if not better than Sony and they have a 3 year warranty
