Massive refrigerator!
Massive refrigerator to replace a 3.5yr old Hisense refrigerator which lost its gas. Refunded under ACL by Hisense and repurchased another Hisense

Hisense warranty service is a disgrace
We were very happy with our Hisense fridge for the first year — it worked perfectly and we loved it. But everything changed when it suddenly stopped cooling in mid-October.
I contacted Appliances Online on 15 October, and they promptly redirected me to Hisense. That’s when the nightmare began. Hisense called the next day, asked a few basic questions, and claimed they had ordered the necessary parts — without even inspecting the fridge. When I asked how they knew what parts to order, they simply said it was a known issue. I requested a temporary replacement, but my email was ignored.
On 31 October, they finally contacted me to arrange a technician visit. The specialist came on 4 November — but without any parts. He said no parts had been ordered for this job and promised to place a new order, estimating arrival in 2–3 days.
On 11 November, we followed up again, only to be told the parts hadn’t been ordered at all. Now, on 13 November, after escalating to Appliances Online, we’ve been informed the parts are out of stock and may take another two weeks to arrive.
We’re a family of four, living without a fridge for over four weeks — and there’s still no resolution in sight. If I had known it would take 6+ weeks, I would’ve hired a private technician from day one.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Hisense’s warranty service has been slow, disorganized, and unresponsive. I will never buy from this brand again.
