We bought the fridge as it was the only ice/water dispensing fridge that will fit in the space we currently have. It is much quieter than our previous ice/water dispensing fridge. Very happy with our new fridge.
Hisense fridge issue from new
After receiving the fridge, delivered timeously and with great efficiency, we had an issue with the icemaker, making ice but not dispensing it through the front and a persistent leak after dispensing water, I was a bit disappointed to say the least.
However, Hisense did get someone out quick enough to have a look, unfortunately the technician did not have the necessary part in his van, he has made arrangements to fix the fridge at a later date.
Otherwise, we are happy with the fridge and being a technician myself, I fully understand that glitches do pop up in other products as well.
I will recommend this fridge to anyone else.
