We purchased this machine 5 weeks ago and it has already broken down - a problem with the electronics which only Hisense can fix - however three phone calls and a formal complaint and we still don’t have any idea when/if a service person can attend to fix the problem. Very unsatisfactory
Hisense front load 10kg washing machine
Overall appearance is good. I think it is small for a 10kg feels more like a 8kg. Easy to use. The filter clean is a bit tricky to empty.
Great machine!
So pleased with this machine, easy to use and my clothes are perfectly clean. The 30 minute wash is handy, I've yet to use another function but so far not a complaint.
I love that it's water wise and good on power, perfect for my busy little family.
Also, superb service, can't recommend these guys enough.
