Appliances Online saved the day
We received the washer but it had a faulty part - it kept showing E4 mid wash which was "low pressure" but our previous Samsung washer worked fine (and our new LG washer does too).
So we contacted Haiaer and they tried to organise a service person for our rural area, but after a few months of trying they couldn't, and so asked us to get one. So we got one and it was a faulty part.
So Haiar and Appliances online arranged for a replacement, and Appliances Online were just like "you pick it and we'll deliver and take the faulty one". So we picked the LG and the next week the LG came and the Haiar was taken. Just so efficient, straightforward, effortless and no frustration for us. And the new LG is working 100%.
Just really happy with how easy it was to replace the faulty machine.
It is rare to get such great service when having issues with a purchase.
We have purchased perhaps 7 items from Appliances Online, but this was the first time we had to send one back, and the service was just as good as when purchasing.
