Oven not working
Today is Monday 5/8/19. I bought this product only 6 weeks ago. Up until Friday 2/8/19 it was working fine. On Friday afternoon it put itself into Pyrolytic mode and locked the door. We disconnected it at the main as suggested in the manual in the hopes it would reset, It didn't. We then called for a service call only to be advised it could take 1-5 days for a service technician to call us back, let alone come out to fix our oven. I find this totally unacceptable. We have been unable to bake, roast, grill or heat any food for 4 days now with no idea of when this situation will be resolved. My Husband has spent the better part of an hour with Appliances Online today to try to get an update on our service call, only to be advised by the the manufacturer
- ASKO that they did not receive a service call from Appliances Online. We have now been advised that it may take a further 48 hours for a repairer to come out, Gorenje need to address their after sales service policy.
