The Takashi is Global’s most comprehensive collection of knives, ideal for the home where dinner is an event as much as it is a ritual. In this set, you’ll find versatile players such as the two paring knives and the Cook’s Knife, but you also have some specialists like the boning knife and a knife for bread. All blades are ice-tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-C58, and are made to resist rust, stains, and corrosion. Apart from knives, the Takashi set contains a ceramic sharpening rod and a pair of kitchen shears. Holding everything together is a sleek bamboo storage block, ensuring the dimpled handles are always presented for the picking.
