A new innovation in rangehoods. Glem Gas has created a rangehood with a full LED lighting panel. The light emitted is perfect and means no more shadows when cooking. The LED panel is low consumption and has a beautiful color light. Air is drawn around the panel at a maximum rate of 1200 cubic meters per hour. Glen Gas's new series of wall canopy rangehoods has what is called perimeter extraction. The panel hinges down to reveal the 2 easily removed washable mesh filters. The 3-speed fan is controlled through the easy wipe-down touch panel, making the rangehood essentially silent the fan motor is located in the ceiling cavity above the kitchen.

Glem Gas 900mm Range Hood
I was so impressed with my previous purchase of the same model, I bought another one! This will sit in storage until our new house has been built.
As previously reviewed, this unit blows (or sucks?) the opposition out of the water. Quiet, powerful, effective - the remote motor unit is extremely effective in keeping the residual noise to a minimum when in use, even in boost mode. Almost commercial operation for a residential environment. Extremely happy with my current range hood, hopefully the new one will work just as well once it has been installed.
Hooray! A quiet rangehood at last.
This well designed rangehood makes cooking even more enjoyable by providing a peaceful kitchen as the motor is installed in the ceiling. What a clever design.
