Professional brewing parts
The chromed brass group head and filter holder boast the same style, size, ring, and functionality as those found in commercial environments. This makes for a more full-bodied cup of coffee with a consistent temperature each time.
Solenoid valve
The three-way solenoid valve eases the pressure in the filter holder right after the shot is pulled. Water transfers from the filter basket to the drip tray via the valve, resulting in a dry coffee puck that makes cleaning easier.
Accommodates grounds or ESE pods

Great coffee machine
This is my second Gaggia Classic. The first I bought in 2009 and it delivered excellent coffee for 17 years. My new Gaggia is virtually the same machine, save for a brass boiler and a more colourful exterior. Like the first, it makes a gorgeous cup of coffee every day. It is rare that I can buy a better coffee when I am out, such is the quality. As a manual machine, it takes a little practice to get to the required standard. It is very solidly built and easy to use. Of course, you need to pay attention to the beans you buy and a decent grinder is essential. Highly recommended.
Great Coffee and Good Looking Appliance
Very happy with my Gaggia Coffee machine, makes a great crema and easy to use. Looks great on the kitchen bench top and would recommend.
