The first cooktop arrived damaged in transit with broken glass. The second cooktop had a manufacturing fault with cracked glass. Fortunately Winnings promptly replaced both cooktops and the third was OK. The electronic ignition for the gas burner has been intermittent so we're concerned whether that is going to last for years. The induction stoves work OK but the 4 induction element controls are displayed horizontally so there's no clear indication of which element is controlled by which controller. So, until we get used to the controls, it's a trial and error exercise to adjust the controls. We selected this cooktop because we wanted a combined induction and gas and there were very few brands which offered this. This one was very expensive and for the price, I would have expected better design, quality and reliability.

When we installed the 2nd cooktop, it had a crack in the glass which appeared to be a manufacturing fault. The 3rd arrived undamaged so we have installed it. The gas stove is fine and we haven't had the electric plug wired as yet so can't yet comment on the induction function.
