My best cookware
This pot set is very comfortable to use, the bottom of the pot radiates heat evenly, the handle does not get hot, and retains heat for a long time.
Great cookware set
This is the best cookware set that I have ever owned. You only need to use low to medium settings as the base distributes and retains heat longer. I start on med - high, and when the pot has warmed, I switch over to low - med. The food cooks quicker and is has more flavor.
They are very well constructed, look great on the cook top and clean easily. These are a lifetime investment for me, so I didn't mind paying a bit extra for a quality set that I'll be using for years. I also bought the bigger 24cm pot to go with this set.
