Out of balance
I bought this top-loader machine in 2019 because they're meant to be more robust than front-loaders. Of course, nothing is built to last anymore, even "robust" top-loaders and the washer gives us "out of balance" issues, presumably because of suspension issues, which seem be common, looking at Google. It's been 5 years, but I would expect a top loader washing machine to last at least 10 years, and to have a 5 year warranty, after all, durability is the main reason I chose this over a front-loader.
My Review: 4 Star Quality Washing Machine
It stands proud in my laundry; this substantial sized washing machine is an excellent choice if you’re wanting to achieve thoroughly washed, well rinsed clothes & linens. A powerful spin cycle option cuts down on line drying time. With options of: soaker cycle, hot water, auto fill sensor and even a delicate, wool or quick cycle - it’s so easy to use. I chose this model machine mainly for the centre agitator (excellent washing), kg capacity (fits a set of queen linen sheets) and price point.
