Fantastic fridge
Love love love my new fridge. So many great features.
Not fit for purpose
We purchased this F&P fridge "with Ice and Water" but it arrived without the 2 hose connectors, which are essential parts for the water connection. The delivery crew told me I could "just go down to Bunnings to buy the missing parts myself", however it turns out these specialist parts can only be supplied by F&P. I've been in regular contact with F&P Customer Service since the day the fridge was delivered, however, they tell me that "The parts are currently out of stock and we don't have a confirmation date of their arrival" and "We are still waiting on the part to be available to send" - so for the last month, we've been using a fridge, but it's not the one I purchased... To be honest, I would like a full refund and assistance returning this item so I can purchase a replacement from another manufacturer with more reliable fulfilment and service. If that is not possible, I'd like the manufacturer to provide either a firm, written timeline for delivery of the missing parts or a clear compensation offer for the inconvenience while we continue to wait.
Fisher & Paykel French door
Love this fridge, enjoying our first French door style fridge. Our old 2 door probably fit a bit more in the freezer, but have realised I can now see everything in it, and don’t have frozen food disappearing into the never never! Have absolutely no problems so far. Everything works as it should. Would definitely recommend.
