This wide 90cm Slideout Rangehood from Fisher & Paykel will keep your kitchen air clean and clear, and is ideal for compact kitchens.
The telescopic slide-out nature of this rangehood means you can easily slide it out when you need it, and slide it discreetly back in when you aren’t using it. There are two speed settings to choose from, and with a maximum airflow rate of up to 600m³/hr, odours and fumes are effectively removed. In-built halogen lighting provides brilliant lighting to beautifully illuminate your worktop. A simple flick of a switch is all it takes to turn the rangehood on or off, and to change extraction speeds. There are two filters within the rangehood to effectively trap grease particles during extraction. These are easy to remove and can be cleaned by simply popping them in your dishwasher or giving them a hot soapy wash.

Replacement/upgrade unit
My original F&P slide out rangehood broke the plastic housing, therefore I needed a new one. Found this upgraded model which was the same size. The main hassle was the change in regulations for the height above the cooktop which meant the cabinet had to be cut to put the unit in 2cm higher than the old one.
Great fan strength and 2 easily removable filters to wash (better than the original unti). A little bit noisy, but that's expected from an extractor fan.
Happy with our purchase
We needed to replace our 20yr old rangehood and to keep inline with fittings, we stayed with the Fisher & Paykel Brand as we knew it would fit in the space and it was affordable. We were initially nervous as there are so many options and price variants but we are happy with the purchase and at how the strength of the fan as improved. Is built sturdier than our older model and the lighting has improved as well. Happy to recommend.
Does the job
Not bad for a quite simple range hood, seems like a bit of a cheap build but Gets the job done
