A loyal customer turned BAD
I have been buying appliances for my business from this company for six years, I bought myself a new washing machine and dryer - LG this month. The dryer is scraping metal on metal. I have been trying for two weeks for the customer service team to replace the dryer and they just keep asking for a video.....which I have sent three times! It is very disappointing that after being such an advocate of this company I am now in a position where I will not buy from them again!
