Very Happy - would recommend
Purchased for mum & dad. Dad is very happy with this machine. He said that it is easy to use, gets clothes cleaner than the last machine & easy to clean out the lint.
Easy to use for our carers
The F&P series 7 10kg is a *huge* upgrade over our old Simpson 6.5kg in all aspects. We have high daily usage to wash clothes, towels and bedding for a disabled family member. The machine is fast and quiet, and accommodates a large load of towels and even washed a heavy winter doona with ease. Best feature is the simple program selection and auto water level - we have a large team of carers who can operate the machine with just a couple of button presses. Power on, select wash program and start! I can track the wash program remotely on my phone. Love it!
Buyers regret
bought it for ease of pouring in detergent but not a fan of the lid compared to the older models feels more fragile and the lid lock is a little flimsy I think this will break easily. not sure about this purchase.
