Great little fridge
Perfect for small spaces & good capacity - love the fact that its still two like a large fridge.
Works fine but the service wasn’t good
So I needed to get the fridge door converted. Paid the $168 to have done. No worries, I thought.
Even though next day delivery was offered, it was not available. No worries again I thought. I selected delivery a couple of days later.
The company called to say they could not deliver on that day due to a death in the family. I understood, we organised another day a week later.
The fridge delivered did not have a door conversion. I asked if they could do it at the house. Not possible. Ok. I asked how do I get the fridge converted then. They said they’d have to do another one at the warehouse. Ok. When could that happen and delivery. Another couple of weeks. Great.
It got delivered two weeks later but the door was damaged so it doesn’t close automatically now and I have to push it closed each time and the bottom is dragging.
So while the little bar fridge works, delivery and door alteration was not ideal for me.
That being said, I’ve only ever used Appliances Online since I moved to Brisbane five years ago, and this is the only time my experience of them hasn’t been 100%.
