This machine is not worth the money. Had three call outs (almost lost count) including one replacement machine due to various reasons. Mostly notably the control panel, the start/pause button - when you press it, you're not sure if you've actually pressed it fully so stand and wait to check if machine starts, and then it flashes - [press again and the machine will start) so this machine has never been one to press the button to start a load and walk away, have been caught out pressing the button and walking away to come back an hour later and the cycle didn't even begin. This is my second machine and it does exactly the same thing so must be a design fault. The machine takes a while to start so even when the start button is pressed hard and the door locks, a built in sensor or equivalent takes a while to detect to load, then, again, the lights flash, and have to press start again! This second machine, the detergent drawer rusted in the bottom right-hand corner due to the very sharp plastic edge. Many times, even despite small loads, the machine wont spin leaving a finished cycle with dripping wet items. I have given this machine far too much of a chance and will now log another complaint with the manufacturer via AO as was promised on last call out by manufacturer that a store credit would be recorded on file back to original point of purchase to have machine returned and swapped for another model.

It’s a good buy good price, delivery and operation. No problems and is just the right size for our laundry we’re very happy with it

The machine is excellent and the price was nearly $600 less than other retailers. The delivery was very quick and the delivery guys were pleasant and very helpful.
