Worthless Warranty
I purchased an Esatto washer from Appliances Online, after 9 months of use one of the plastic lid hinges broke and prior the machine had occasional error codes, was passed on for a warranty claim by Appliances Online to the importer of Esatto products the Residentia Group, they gave multiple reasons for not honoring the warranty without a reasonable explanation, very disappointing
