Such a disappointment
I bought an EMILIA 4Z 60CM CERAMIC COOKTOP (EMCER64E) in July … such a disappointment!
I advise against buying this cooktop.
The cooktop develops chemical stains whenever liquid spills and gets under the pan … it’s like a precipitate from a combination of the heat and the metal pan.
These stains are extremely difficult to remove.
The previous cooktop was an Emilia induction unit with ceramic glass surface … it never had this problem. When looking for a replacement I noticed reviews for other cooktops sometimes mentioned the staining problem … as far as I could tell, the EMCER64E reviews did not mention it.
So I bought it ... huge regrets!
