We’ve been really happy with the machine so far. The auto dose feature is great and we love the intellidose feature. We have a big family and have approved the extra capacity having had a 9kg previously.
Worthwhile purchase
We’ve only had the new machine for a few weeks, but so far I’m impressed with the options provided and the quality of the wash it produces.
The only minor niggles are that the machine will beep a number of times if you don’t empty it after a cycle and that cycle options are selected by turning a dial a number of times, and then by pressing what you want, followed by confirming twice. I know what I want, I don’t need it to confirm twice.
Very Disappointed!
Unfortunately we’ve had nothing but issues with this machine from the start! The on button sometimes takes several pushes before it responds. It gets stuck on the weighing part of the “intellicycle” so just goes round and round until you have to turn it off at the wall. The door sometimes locks so you can’t open it even after the machine has been turned off for over half an hour. Even without these issues the cycles are not user friendly. The standard cottons cycle is 3 hours and the eco even longer!! Wish we’d stuck with the LG that we had before as it was brilliant!!!
