Teething Problems
Unexpectedly turned off the freezer compartment lost food had to do a hard reset. Has
now disconnected from WiFi , Electrolux could not fix over phone now waiting for technician to come. Fridge is less than 4 weeks old

First rate experience with the purchase, delivery and install service was fast and efficient.
Also delighted with our new fridge.
Product awesome delivery not so much
The product I purchased was amazing.Great price however once it came to delivery day that was a different story.
Delivery guys were good in keeping in touch but when it came to getting it inside my house a whole different story.Said they couldn’t get it in my front door and I would have to buy a smaller fridge.I told them I’d talk to my son and would arrange to have the fridge raked away the next day.However my son and partner were able to get the fridge inside my house that afternoon.Dont rely on the install process
