We are very happy with our purchase it is easy to install. As advertised it is quiet and effective .

WE are a bit disappointed that this air conditioner doesn't cool our patio area too well even when we shut everything up
Too noisy
This portable aircon is way noisier than I thought. Cools a medium size decently, not sure about the power consumption.
