Looks good but toasts poorly
This toaster looks good but doesn't work as well as our 15+ year old Sunbeam stainless toaster. It doesn't toast evenly within the same slot or across slots. Bread is often untoasted or burnt, or burnt in places (particularly edges). When my wife contacted Dualit customer care she was told no toasters can toast sourdough well which has not been our experience. It also doesn't toast bagels or hot cross buns well, seems to only toast supermarket sliced bread well. Because we didn't action during the return period we're stuck with an attractive, poorly functioning toaster.
The Rolls Royce of toasters and both are hand made
