See/feel before you buy this very EXPENSIVE kettle
Unfortunately I didn’t see this kettle physically before buying! I have the DUALIT toaster which is excellent ( purchased in the UK)
I assumed the kettle would be equally as good.
I purchased it ONLINE hence I didn’t know what it was really like. It cost 4 times more than my current kettle but not as good ☹️
I am elderly (78)
It is the HEAVIEST kettle I have ever used.
You CANNOT fill kettle through the spout
You CANNOT flick lid open, it has to be manually pulled open
You CANNOT see water level as it doesn’t have an internal light. (My cheaper one does)
It is the most EXPENSIVE kettle I have ever owned & sadly I cannot return it as I have tried it out.
It looks amazing as an ornament but I am now using my old kettle.
I have now decided I should go into a store & physically checkout items before I buy. Unfortunately when I checked the bigger stores they don’t stock Dualit brand so now chance to check before I paid. I assumed it was as good as their toaster…… it’s NOT.
