Dog Feeder that doesn't Feed
Worked for 2 days, now won't connect to internet. Rebooted system numerous times. Uninstalled the app numerous times. Put unit next to router, still doesn't work. All other internet devices work fine.
Stopped working after a week
The concept of this item is great but it isn’t hugely user friendly to set up, the instructions are brief and the QR code to down the app doesn’t work. My App would freeze sometimes when feeding and now I am getting an error saying there is a motor issue and it hasn’t worked at all since then. I have spoken to customer service but received no support or communication. It worked fairly well for a week and was great when no issues but unfortunately cannot recommend this item.

Stable connection and works perfectly as per feeding plan, it's good to be able to check my baby cat when I'm away for few days. Never stucked the food and it keeps the food dry and fresh pretty good.
