Absolutely terrible experience. I bought this exact same fridge years ago and had it delivered to my apartment upstairs without any issues — it was brought up through the stairs back then.
This time, however, the delivery team refused to bring it upstairs, claiming it wouldn’t fit, which made no sense given my previous experience with the exact same model. Because I had already opened the box, I was forced to pay an additional $120.
The next day, they delivered a smaller fridge, which they had no problem carrying upstairs, and at the same time took back the original fridge — the same one they claimed couldn’t fit. The inconsistency is unbelievable.
Very frustrating, unprofessional service, and poor communication. I would not recommend buying from here based on this experience.

Joe from customer service was a total pro—he arranged for a technician (Tommy) to visit the next morning and pre-ordered a replacement fridge just in case.
