Best value fridge with extended warranty
Its a good fit for smaller kitchens and apartments. It’s quiet and efficient, so it feels like a solid everyday fridge that does the job well. Great value and excellent service from Appliances Online. The whole process was easy, delivery was prompt, and the team was helpful and professional throughout. A smooth, hassle-free experience from start to finish.
An absolute lemon
I purchased the above fridge, delivered mid December 2025. 6 weeks later, there was no coolness in the fridge part, and the freezer was at fridge temperature. After waiting 10 days for the new part to arrive and be put in the fridge, 7 days later, exactly the same part failed yet again. The fridge was in an Airbnb so it did not do me any favours. The Chiq consultant, Valerie who I dealt with, was fantastic when it happened the second time around. She immediately refunded all the money I had paid for it. I have heard other people who bought Chiq products rave about how good they are, but unfortunately, mine wasn't the same story.
