Second Time We Bought This Kettle
Our first one lasted years and served us well. It never a totally stopped working, but we decided to replace it. Very happy with our new kettle. Looks good, quiet, large capacity and great price / delivery service from Appliances Online.
Still waiting for replacement after 11 days
I purchased one of these kettles and from the start the switch was faulty (intermittent).
I gave it a week to see if it would bed in but still would often click off when you started it after a few seconds, so I called AOL.
A replacement was offered and I was told I would receive a notification when the new one was on its way. After 11 days, I still have not heard anything.
I have purchased heaps of things from AOL from kettles to washing machines and you have always been spot on with service and delivery, as an example, a washing machine we ordered was leaking and a new one was shipped to us the very next day.
I always recommend AOL to others.
However, this time, you have seriously dropped the ball. Would like to know when I can expect the replacement kettle, please?
