Planetary mixing action

Double-sided scraper beater
Many stand mixers include three standard attachments, but this Breville unit comes with a fourth in the form of the double-sided scraper beater. This beater features a flexible edge that leaves no part of the bowl untouched. This attachment cuts down mixing time by 60 per cent when compared to previous Breville mixers.
6-speed control

Breville Stand Mixer BEM430SIL ‘The Scraper’
I ordered my wife the Breville mixer, it arrived within 48hrs straight to the door.
It is a great mixer and performs as stated in the review, it has several attachments for the various mixing process i.e. Dough hook, whisk and the scraper.
When operating even on reasonably high speeds the mixer is stable and quiet. The various cakes and cookies we have had since using the new mixer have been excellent, ingredients mixed well and doughs are light and airy.
We couldn’t be happier with our new Breville mixer.
