Planetary mixing action

Breville LEM250SIL
I purchased this mixer during lockdown after Choice Mag rated it highly. However I am surprised and disappointed with the quality of the product. The lever to raise the beater is clunky and catches. The dough hook works fine, but the beater didn’t scrape the bowl well so I had to stop, scrape and start to get an even mix,
It wasn’t an expensive item, but considering the Choice rating I did expect more from this product.
