An Outstanding Appliance
This is my second bread maker and the quality of the unit is excellent and the bread it turns out is amazing. Using the same ingredients, I'm amazed at the differences between the old and new Breville machine. For the home user, this is proving to be a great appliance.

Once I figured the measurements out I find it easy to use to bake bread. Pizza base is next on my list.
