Once I figured the measurements out I find it easy to use to bake bread. Pizza base is next on my list.
The machine runs pretty quietly, easy to take the pan in and out. Easy to wash the pan.

one of the best bread maker Breville models.
i have had a number of Breville bread makers and this does seem the best. my last one lasted over 15 years so i hope this one does too. very flexible and the controls while take a little time to get use to are effective. my wife is gluten intolerant, so this does her loaves too. also the keep warm feature is new and seems to stop the loaf becoming "damp" in the tropics. I did ask Appliances on line to postpone shipment and they did, i do actually buy most of my appliances from Appliance online as their prices are good and they collect the old dead units.
