I bought this to replace my old one that was 13 years old!
Very happy with it and so are my grandchildren! However there was a manufacturing fault with the silver finish I contacted appliances online and sent through a photo, they were really great! Being a small appliance it had been posted to me they arranged for a delivery man to bring out my replacement and pick up the faulty one. I am so impressed with their customer service, I would definitely recommend them!
