The powerful 2400W element together with the innovative Butterfly heating element evenly distributes heat across the surface and up the sides. The thick aluminium layers maintain the high heat necessary for crisp stir frys. You can choose from a number of cooking settings including caramelise, simmer, steam, fry, and stir-fry, and the unit will set the ideal conditions. Using the spacious stainless steel steaming tray, you can steam a 2kg duck, 2 plate sized snappers or 8 BBQ pork buns and up to 16 dumplings.

When you’re finished cooking, clean-up is simple. The removable bowl can be popped into a dishwasher or washed with ease by hand as the non-stick surface is highly resistant. The tempered glass lid is also dishwasher safe.
