Bosch - great at first
Just under 12 months since I purchased. I loved this vacuum for my smaller unit. It worked well on carpet, but I could never get it to work properly on tiles - just didn't seem to pick up. It is less than 12 months old, and suddenly it's stopped charging. I've been trying to find out if it's standard to have to replace battery within 12 months, or if it needs a service (I've never had to have a vacuum serviced before.
Challenging instructions
This would have to be a very poorly presented instructions booklet that I’ve ever used.
I don’t find the suction very strong compared with my previous Dyson stick vacuum and the tool for the crevices and edges keeps falling off. The flexible tube attachment is so flexible it doubles on itself and there’s very little to no suction
So much more convenient
It's a lot easier vacuuming without having to drag the cleaner behind you. Very pleased with this type of vac.
